SadieShelter Elite

S

adieShelter Elite structures are designed with the single imperative of protecting our soldiers.

Our military-specific structures, systems of structures and quick effective barricade designs feature components that will serve to protect the precious lives of our soldiers while:

  •   Resting

  •   Training

  •   In Danger and Taking Fire

  •   Enduring Extreme Conditions like Weather, Temperatures, Contagions       and difficult terrain

  •   Establishing or reconfiguring base sites

  •   Safely Deploying Non-Disrupted Frequency Communication Antenna.

SadieShelter ELITE Structure and System Design Features

1.  Secure Hard-Shell Locking Block Door with Layered Ballistic Fabric.

Our unique stacked "pop-in" door design is as secure as any typical heavy or metal security door and can be locked securely from inside our out.

Between the 10 layers of our 600PSI water- and fire-resistant fiberboard we adhere layers of ballistic fabric to prevent ANY structural areas of vulnerability.

Our door can acutally be used as a bullet-proof shield if necessary.

The U-Bolt anchors on either end of the door's locking bar" and are easily secured with any standard combination or key lock. These are held from behind the interior panel with a 6" round washer and distributes the weight of attempted intrusion.

2.  Insulating Double-Wall Design with Optional Ballistic Insert

Our patented double-wall design provides a 4" wide insultion space that can be filled with any dry material (and/or snow in freezing temps) to provide additional interior temperature control and protection from extreme exterior conditions.

After numerous and rigorous testing of our structure

and system models, our sand, soil or gravel-filled double walls have never, not once, failed to stop every large caliber hand-gun propelled projectiles shot from hunting rifles. We shot our walls from 50, 75 and 100 yards.

Not ONE bullet.

Our "Ballistic Insert" provides another 4" of insulation space and is easily dropped into the internal space of any standard SadieShelter structure.

Filling this double wall space with soil from any site, gravel and/or sand provides an effective, fast and sturdy ballistic barrier for precious inhabitants and possessions.

More compelling is the fact that not one of these bullets penetrated our most exterior double wall to touch the internal Ballistic Insert.

This 8" plus 4 layers of 600 Crush weight treated fiberboard material will give the soldier or critical victim inhabitants the time to react and find safety.

4.  Water- and Fire-Resistance

The primary construction material with which we construct our structures and systems is an incredibly strong, dense and durable fiberboard material. The fiberboard is created from pulped and recycled paper-board material. In this pulped state, environmentally harmless treatments are added to provide our material and products meaningful water, weather and fire resistance.

Another thought  that isn't small!!

The US spends BILLIONS of dollars on the expense of cooling thousands of canvas tent-like shelters. Our sturdy double-wall designs with the dry-material insulation will hold cooled or heated air with absolute integrity. This expense is unecessary! Our cheaper, clearly superior structures could all but eliminate this superfluous expense to be spent on more urgent immediate needs.

4.  Roof Tier Section Lock and Quick-Release

Each of the 3 roof tier sections is secured to the the tier below and then to the walls with straps and buckles. These buckles can be instantly unlocked from within our structures to remove one, two or all the tiers.

This allows a soldier to return fire with the benefit of being barricaded behind our ballistically effective double walls or exit our structure within seconds.

5.  Hard 2-Layer Maleable Floor

Our layered hard, perforation-resistant 600 psi crush rated fiberboard drop-in floor locks to the base flashing and will malleate to difficult terrain without allowing any potentially dangerous contagions to breach the internal space.
